From the producer: White grape varieties are still a bit of a question mark for us when it comes to the Hill Country, but when we had the chance to work with Albariño, we obviously jumped at the chance and you're gonna be glad we did. We approached this a bit differently than the typical approach, instead of making lemon lime water, we wanted more body out of this, we wanted more texture, we wanted more depth. Think of it in terms of margaritas, on one hand you can get the basic sweet frozen margarita or on the other you can get really nice tequila and just squeeze a couple limes into it.
