Blanc d’Argile is his singular Blanc de Blancs, sourced entirely from Chardonnay vines rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone soils—similar to those found in Chablis. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts, followed by aging in used oak barrels, allowing for a full, textured expression that balances power with finesse.
