A whole-cluster Grenache filtered through a Burgundian sensibility—harvested in late August and raised in used barrels to preserve delicate purity. Red berries, plums, rose petals, and orange rind emerge in the glass, while a medium-bodied frame feels open and supple with melting tannins. Native yeasts, natural malolactic, no fining or filtering—minimalist winemaking at its best. Drinks beautifully now with elegance and energy for the next decade.
