TR3S Tiempos Mezcal Bicuixe

From the importer: An aromatic agave spirit with slightly visible ‘legs’ that are left on the inside of a sipping glass when tasting the mezcal, which begins to form trails as it flows back into the bowl. The mezcal pearls are medium-sized with a shorter duration of appearance, and a crystalized color. This spirit has pleasant aromas with a deep spicy note, and an herbal and a taste of a ripe fruit finish. It has a strong and acidic palate, but not too aggressive. The mezcal bouquet has an earthy scent with a hint of terroir in wild nature.
