Born from old vines planted in 1973 and younger plantings from 2006, this Chardonnay embodies the hallmark acidity and coastal elegance of Santa Maria Valley. Each pass through the vineyard at harvest's end preserves natural brightness, while whole-bunch pressing and native yeast fermentation in neutral oak for nineteen months build complexity without masking authenticity.
