Hand-harvested Alban, Chave, and Syrah Noir clones fermented with 100% whole clusters and aged 10 months in neutral barrels plus 12 months in large cask capture crunchy wild berries, juniper, cracked pepper, and rich soil notes. The palate is medium-full, firm, and multidimensional, finishing long and taut with remarkable depth.
