The carrots are biodynamically grown by Christian Schaddler on a farm 50 kilometers from the distillery, harvested in September-October, washed, chopped, and liquefied using natural enzymes. After 8–10 days of fermentation at a cool 16–17°C in stainless steel, the liquid is twice-distilled in a Christian Carl copper pot still, then rested three years before bottling. 375ml format.
