Pinhook's core rye expression, released annually in signature green wax. Master Blender Sean Josephs crafts each vintage to highlight the unique attributes of that season's barrels at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. The mash bill—60% rye, 20% corn, 20% malted barley—runs through a Vendome copper column still and 375-gallon doubler, then ages over three years in char #4 new American oak. Non-GMO, locally sourced grains. Bottled unfiltered at 99 proof (49.5% ABV).
