A Munich-style Helles lager from Occidental Brewing, founded in 2011 by Ben and Dan Engler in Portland, Oregon. Occidental built its reputation on well-balanced continental European styles, and the Edel-Hell is a prime example. The Edel-Hell is hopped with German Tettnanger and delivers exactly what a Helles should: gentle malt sweetness, subtle floral hop character, and a clean, dry finish. Traditional German lager brewing executed with Pacific Northwest care.
