Monastero Suore Cistercensi Lazio Bianco Coenobium 2024

A blend of Verdicchio, Trebbiano and Malvasia, grown organically and naturally in volcanic soils. This skirts the edge of being called an orange wine — it sees longer than normal contact with the skins, but at 48 hours, it's not quite enough to impart any tannins, just a firm, precise texture and crisp flavors of fennel, citrus and white flowers.
