60-year-old vines from a single parcel of intensely schist soils makes for an intensely mineral wine. Give it time to open up and you'll get layers of flavors and fine textures in the kind of mix that reveals a different face of itself every sip you take. The Revue says this one "exhales iodine and smoke" but tastes deliciously of ripe fruit, too.
