Manincor Sophie Chardonnay 2024

Sophie represents the pinnacle of South Tyrolean Chardonnay, crafted from grapes grown at the Lieben Aich vineyard in Terlan and the Mazzon site near Kaltern in Alto Adige. This 94% Chardonnay blend ferments and matures nine months on fine lees in mixed oak barrels, emerging with fruity aromas of apricot, orange, acacia, and lime blossom alongside mineral notes of wet stone. Full-bodied richness tempered by elegance and a slender minerality that persists through the finish. Optimal through 2031.
