This collaboration between sommelier David Castleberry and winemaker Chad Melville explores what happens when you let a cool coastal site speak for itself. Fermented in neutral oak with native yeast, the wine opens with delicate lemon cake and honeysuckle before building into something more tense and brisk. The sandy vineyards of Santa Rita Hills and Pacific Ocean winds shape a Chardonnay of exceptional purity.
