Four winemaking friends craft raw, unfiltered Cabernet Franc in the Loire Valley's Touraine, where 25-year-old biodynamic vines push roots into sand and clay soils. This 90% Franc, 10% Grolleau blend ferments spontaneously in concrete with indigenous yeasts, capturing the wine's essential character without fining or filtration. The result is a crunchy, mineral-edged red with notes of red and black berries, subtle vegetal spice, and a luminous, touchable texture.
