Zimbabwean winemaker Tinashe Nyamudoka blends 76% Cabernet Sauvignon with 24% Cinsault sourced from Slanghoek's distinctive terroir—ancient sandstone and river pebbles supporting 23-year-old Cinsault vines, tukulu soils cradling 14-year-old Cabernet. The result bursts with dark and red fruit character: ripe cherries, plums, and mulberries on the nose give way to fresh pomegranate and strawberry on the palate. Subtle, grippy tannins create a dry finish that makes this wine sing with fresh meats and seasonal vegetables.
