Kanosuke Single Malt Japanese Whisky
From a family with 140 years of shochu distilling on the coast of Kagoshima comes a single malt whisky that bridges Japanese tradition with Scotch technique. Kanosuke Distillery, named for second-generation distiller Kanosuke Kosama, became operational in 2018 under parent company Komasa Jyozo. Three Miyake copper pot stills with different neck shapes and lyne arm angles produce varied spirit styles under one roof. The coastal location delivers salt air and dramatic seasonal temperature swings that accelerate maturation. Bottled at 48% ABV.
