From one of Burgundy's most revered winemakers comes an apricot liqueur with serious pedigree. Jean-Marc Roulot of Domaine Roulot in Meursault discovered 12 dusty bottles of his late father Guy's apricot liqueur in the cellar and set about recreating the recipe from memory. Made from certified organic Bergeron apricots grown in Laurent Combier's Rhône Valley orchards, macerated in neutral spirits. At 25% ABV with only 170 g/l sugar—significantly drier and stronger than typical French fruit liqueurs (which run 200–250 g/l)—this is a liqueur for people who usually don't drink liqueurs.
