High West Cask Collection Bourbon in Chardonnay Barrel

A blend of straight bourbons aged 4-9 years, then finished for 11 months in California Chardonnay barrels. Part of High West's Cask Collection exploring how wine barrels reshape bourbon. Eleven months is a substantial finishing period—long enough for the Chardonnay character to genuinely integrate rather than just coat the surface. The result bridges bourbon and wine: vanilla and caramel from the spirit, orchard fruit and white grape from the cask. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).
