Austrian winemaker Roland Velich and Hungarian grower Bálint Losonci collaborate on this volcanic revelation from Lake Balaton's basalt-topped slopes. A 50/50 blend of Furmint and Riesling, fermented with native yeasts in a mix of used barrels and stainless steel, then aged on its lees for over a year. The result is pure and crystalline: saline minerality, stone-fruit intensity, with that haunting white-wine grip that speaks of volcanic earth. This is terroir-driven drinking that rewards exploration.
