The 2023 vintage crackles with flinty reduction, crushed nettle, and pure lemon zest, playing mineral saltiness against red apple ripeness and underlying citrus. At 22-24g/l residual sugar, this feinherb style drinks with wonderful racy energy that makes it feel much drier than it truly is.
