Gotsa Kartli Piquette of Saperavi Conscious Exit NV

Piquette is a low-alcohol slightly spritzy wine made from the second pressings of grape pomace, known to have been enjoyed by French farmhands and vineyard workers. This Georgian version is a joint project between Gotsa and their intrepid importer Black Lamb. Saperavi aged with the skins of white grapes in Qvevri for 1 year. Fresh, spritzy, light and wildly delicious.
