From two hillside vineyards in Montalcino planted in the late 1980s and 1990s, this wine captures the refined side of Brunello—silken and serene rather than heavy-handed. The 2021 vintage offered excellent day-night temperature variations that yielded complex aromatics and pronounced freshness. Expect dried flowers, crushed rock, grilled herbs, and spiced orange peel, with round, refined tannins and hints of licorice and cedar. Arriving February 2026.
