Chidaine's biodynamic farming and pneumatic pressing yields a vivacious Chenin that combines citrus and stone fruits—particularly white peach—with acacia and lily aromatics. Dense yet fluid, the wine expresses itself through savory flesh, fine acidity, and a pepper-tinged finish. Approachable now but destined to evolve through 2033.
