Made by Stefan Wellanschitz (of Kolfok winery) from a cool site owned by his parents. Whole cluster Blaufrankisch and a splash of Rotburger (Zweigelt), 24-hour press for beautiful color. Clay and basalt soils. Native yeast, unfined, and minimal sulphur.
