Familia Torres Purgatori 2021

Born from a historic monastery estate built to test the limits of winemaking, Purgatori harnesses the extreme climate of Costers del Segre's Les Garrigues region—200 hectares of organic, dry-farmed vineyards planted at three altitudes. This 75% Garnacha, 25% Cariñena blend spent up to 12 months in one-third-new oak, developing complex aromatics of cotton candy and herbs atop a core of red fruit. The harsh conditions that once sheltered monks produce wines of genuine quality and character.
