An organic Loire white that captures three distinct terroirs in one glass: 50% Sauvignon Blanc blended with Chardonnay and Menu Pineau (local Orbois), grown on siliceous clay, silico-clay-limestone, and gravelly limestone soils. Pale gold with green reflections, it opens with white flowers, citrus zest, and ripe stone fruit, followed by grapefruit and lemon on a creamy yet lively palate. Native fermentation and natural malolactic aging in steel for six months give this wine its mineral backbone—terroir expressed with purity and precision from an estate certified organic since 1998.
