Hand-harvested, fermented with whole bunches, and aged in neutral oak foudres, this wine displays the mineral play that defines Bouland's uncompromising approach. Red fruits and subtle cedarwood unfold on the attack with a velvety, reserved mid-palate that builds gracefully toward a mineral, complex finish. This 1.5L will develop beautifully for years.
