Michel Theron's biodynamically farmed estate proves elegance needs no new oak. This blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, and 7% Petit Verdot spends time in mostly neutral barrels and concrete tanks, emerging with sweet red cherries and blueberry skin framed by cigar, violets, and licorice. Whole-bunch maceration in concrete preserves purity. Drink young for charm or age 5-10 years.
