Celine et Laurent Tripoz Bourgogne Rouge Chant de la Tour 2020

Sourced from cool, argilo-calcareous soils in southern Burgundy, this organic Pinot Noir springs from vines tended by the biodynamically-minded Tripoz team in Loché. Native yeasts ferment completely destemmed fruit after a cold soak, with 10-month aging in oak drawing out silky tannins and persistent fruit. Fresh, floral notes with aromatic hints of cherry and blackcurrant unfold with gentle cellar time. Bourgogne at its most mineral-driven and alive.
