Andalucía, Spain-Jerez. 100% Palomino Fino. organic. spontaneously fermented and aged in porous fiberglass vats for 8 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with low to no S02. A hazy white that has some tropical notes and subtle mineral undertones.
