Bimini’s flagship, aged in a mix of twice-used bourbon, apple brandy, and bourbon sea salt barrels.

Juniper takes a backseat to salty grapefruit and hops, and a touch of vanilla and spice from the barrels. It’s been our gin of choice lately for sipping with tonic and making martinis.
