Baldoria Rose Vermouth

A herbaceous and floral semi-sweet vermouth from Piedmont, built on a foundation of rosé wine blended from Dolcetto, Barbera, Freisa, and Croatina. Separate macerations of Alpine botanicals in grain-neutral spirit and wine create a layered flavor profile: fresh fig, wild strawberry, and white peach join lavender and rose petal florals, grounded by fennel and wormwood. Light acidity and grapefruit peel keep it bright and food-friendly. An elegant aperitif on its own and exceptional in cocktails.
