Fermented half in stainless steel and half in neutral oak, then aged ten months in neutral barrels, it strikes a careful harmony between ripe plum, black currant, and blackberry with a whisper of mint and cedar. Velvety tannins and dusty earth notes emerge on the finish—a wine designed for real drinking.
