After a powerhouse 13-year career, she launched Aslina, an eponym of her grandmother, and this bottle is a perfect testament to her skill. It’s a complex, deep Sauvignon Blanc that moves way beyond the basic fruit notes. While you get that bright tropical lime and grapefruit, it’s the layers of mineral flint and lemon zest that really elevate it. Because she gave it extended time on the lees, you get this surprisingly silky, lingering finish that balances out the thirst quenching acidity perfectly.
